Professional Coaching

Usually tend to distinguish two basic types of Coaching: The staff and the executive. It is this latter relationship “one to one coaching traditional amending after the entry into play of a” third actor “such as the Organization, which is routinely sought Coaching for their employees, in most cases with an eye to preparing and developing them towards the achievement of specific objectives and concrete. The reality is that while the coaching is becoming a common tool in the g, in that still does not happen for various reasons, besides the traditional economic, that would be too lengthy to discuss here and now. Consequently there is a “gap” in knowledge and application of the tool between the majority of the class of directors of the Spanish SME, lest we forget, is the ultimate business network in this country and, therefore, basic support economic activity. Aware of the benefits of coaching in terms of personal growth within the labor management and the direct and immediate impact that this has usually on the results of an SME, it occurs to us to do our bit to define a third way, which timidly begin to emerge in the world of Coaching: Professional Coaching.

As a professional, be free or autonomous, or possessor of any job position in an SME seeks either a career change and develop the same competencies and grow professionally, or is the employer who wants her own growth impacting directly in his organization, an individual coaching process conducted with the professional is an excellent tool that, quite quickly in most cases, will achieve objectives that are particular onset but are intimately related to the workplace. Here you have no job, but it is personal coaching, as the objectives are in line with purely professional objectives.

Eight typical examples those objectives that can facilitate this process of professional coaching are: To develop or emphasize the leadership teams and individuals in charge of internal or adapt to changes imposed by the environment, or promoting the generation harness the strengths of their own and discover (and minimize) Rescue’s own weaknesses and apply experience to undertake complex decision situations professionally and personally prepare Deal or negotiation processes with higher demand or customers manage and transform loss into opportunity for growth Managing uncertainty and continuous change may exist many more, and more complex, but these are eight of the most typical. We sincerely believe that independent professionals, freelancers or the same SMEs can benefit greatly from the application of Coaching, perhaps less complex processes in large, but more direct and solid in their orientation to obtain quick results and rapidly amortized.
